PENTWATER – Pentwater senior Mikey Carlson made his intentions clear Wednesday, May 7, signing on to play basketball at Northwood University.
Carlson plans to study business and marketing after joining the Timberwolves, and will battle for a spot on their varsity team. Carlson was a member of the Falcons’ 2024-25 team that won a West Michigan D League (WMD) title, as well as a district championship, all while eclipsing 1,000 career points.
The Timberwolves had a rough season in 2024-25, going 9-19 overall with a 5-15 record in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC).
