Whitehall dropped its West Michigan Conference game to one of the
league favorites, Ludington, Wednesday night, but the 1-0 score and the
effort witnessed by coach Dillon McCarthy produced a lot of optimism.
"Solid team effort and a lot to look forward to," McCarthy posted to the team's social media pages.
The
team (3-3, 2-1 WMC) named Mason Kotecki, a sophomore defenseman, as its
player of the game for his efforts throughout the night.
