Pentwater fell just short of a win Monday night against Holland Calvary, dropping a non-conference game 40-32.
Calvary pulled away late, outscoring the Falcons 14-5 in the fourth quarter.
"Missed shots and struggles on the glass began to pile up, giving Holland
Calvary extra possessions and momentum," Pentwater coach Ashley Lubera said. "As rebounds slipped away and
scoring chances went unanswered, the Falcons found it difficult to stop
the run."
Abram Kieda led the Falcons with a double-double, scoring 15 points and pulling in 10 rebounds. Wyatt Roberts added eight points.
