In a hard-nosed defensive game Monday, Hart fell to Coopersville, 31-23.
The Broncos, a very tough opponent, finished third in the big-school River Cities Alliance and improved their season record to 12-9. Hart dropped to 11-8.
The Pirates led at halftime, 17-16, but were stifled on the offensive end the rest of the way, making only two field goals in the second half.
Rilynn Porter paced Hart with 10 first-half points. Bronco star Olivia Berghorst, who will play at Grand Rapids Community College next season, was a one-player wrecking crew, going for 22 points.
