Hart broke open a close game Thursday night to defeat North Muskegon Thursday in West Michigan Conference Rivers action, 55-39.
The
visiting Norse hung with the Pirates for the first half, trailing only
28-25 at the break, but Hart played tough defense in the second half and
pulled away for a relatively easy win.
Rilynn Porter had a
big night for Hart, scoring 21 points to lead all scorers. Reese Smith
added eight points, six of them in the first quarter. Delaney Young
scored 20 points for North Muskegon.
