Debra Ann Hallberg passed away peacefully in her home March 14, 2026. She was born June 22, 1957, in Shelby, the daughter of Bert and Dorothy Hawkins.
Debra is survived by: her sons, Gerald Hallberg Jr. and Jonathan (Kortni) Hallberg; grandchildren, Alexx Hallberg, Kasadi Hallberg, Jordyn Hallberg and Riley Hallberg; siblings, Jean VanRaalte, Carol Stanage, Helen (Jim) Parker, Linda Dodge, Laura Vos, Cheryl (Darrell) Fessenden, Dennis Hawkins, Daniel “Bo” (Brenda) Hawkins and Cindy (Steve) Vinke.
Debra was preceded in death by: her parents, Bert and Dorothy Hawkins; husband, Gerald Hallberg Sr.; siblings, Joseph Kokx Sr., Rose Sines, Karen Hawkins, Marion Eschman, Delbert Hawkins and David Hawkins.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Harris Funeral Home, 267 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby, MI 49455, with a receiving of friends held one hour prior to services.
