Hesperia dropped a pair of games to Mason County Central Tuesday in West Michigan Conference Rivers play, 10-6 and 14-3.
The
Panthers fell behind 9-0 early in game one before rallying to get
within four runs late. Braxton Hendrix and Tucker Bolles each got two
hits in the game, and Abe Escobedo got a hit, walked twice and scored
twice. Landyn Tiefenbach had two RBI.
Hesperia scored three
runs in the second inning of game two to pull into a 3-3 tie, but MCC
rolled from there. Marshall Norris and Nate Sherburn each got two hits
in the game.
