Hesperia baseball stifled by North Muskegon in doubleheader sweep

Hesperia couldn't do much against the potent North Muskegon Norsemen Tuesday, dropping a West Michigan Conference Rivers doubleheader 22-0 and 12-1.
The Panthers (1-15, 0-10 WMC Rivers) briefly tied the nightcap 1-1 when Evan Conkle ripped a RBI double in the third inning, but North Muskegon came back with four runs in the bottom of the inning and rolled from there.
Hesperia had five hits in the game by five different players. Marshall Norris got a hit and also drew a walk.
The Panther bats were stymied in game one, managing two hits. Tucker Bolles got a hit and drew a walk. Six Hesperia errors led to 13 unearned runs by the Norsemen.
