Hart's Homecoming events kicked off Sunday, Sept. 20 with their annual Powderpuff games. Their theme this year is "Rio," with activities all this past week. The Spirit Week Days were: Monday, Rio after Dark - Pajama Day; Tuesday, Birds of a Feather - Twin Day; Wednesday, Carnaval Day - Dress to Impress; Thursday, Class Color Wars; and Friday, "Parrot" Pride - Dress in school colors.
The Homecoming parade will take place Friday, Sept. 25 at 4:30 p.m. The game will follow at 7 p.m. against Orchard View.
The following members were voted this year's Homecoming Court representatives: Freshmen Peyton Erickson and Alejandro Aguirre; Sophomores Layla Bronkema and Diego Velazquez; Juniors Priscilla Vazquez and Angel Quiroz; Senior court members are Alayna Schiller and Caden VanGelderen, Jaclyn Greiner and Kole Thomas, Naomi Bitely and Haegan Hansen, and Rilynn Porter and Rhet Johnson; and Foreign Exchange Students Lucin Kalaichian Rosset and Nora Gallardo Fernandez Cavada.
The King and Queen will be crowned at halftime of the football game. The dance will take place on Saturday, Sept. 26.
