SHELBY — Shelby had three players place in the individual top 10 Wednesday at its home West Michigan Conference Rivers jamboree, earning second place.
The Tigers shot a team score of 222, 23 shots ahead of every other squad besides North Muskegon, which ran away with the top spot with a 179.
Kadence Blohm paced Shelby with a 47, placing third overall. Jordan Wolting was sixth with a 53, including a birdie, and Bailey Blohm shot a 57 to finish ninth. Jaedyn Allen closed out Tiger scoring with a 65.
Hesperia narrowly missed out on third place, shooting a 246, one stroke behind Manistee. Chloe Ross led the team with a 56, good for seventh place individually. Macy Kammer and Sarissa Conkle each shot a 62, and Britney Budde had a 66.
