Shelby State Bank (SSB) is pleased to announce several personnel updates that reflect SSB’s ongoing commitment to strong local leadership, customer service and continued support for the communities it serves.
Clarissa Moon has transitioned from Branch Officer in Montague to Branch Officer in Shelby. In her new role, Moon will continue supporting customers and branch operations while bringing her experience, steady leadership and relationship-focused approach to the Shelby office. Known for her dedication to both customers and community service, Moon is actively involved in local volunteer efforts and community organizations. Through both her professional work and volunteer efforts, Moon demonstrates a genuine dedication to strengthening the communities she serves.
Jessica Younts has been named Montague Branch Manager. Younts joins SSB with more than 10 years of banking experience, including a strong focus on employee development, team coaching and mentoring and exceptional customer service. In her new role, she will bring valuable leadership, branch management experience and a consistent focus on supporting both customers and staff. Her ability to build relationships, develop employees and foster a positive customer experience will be an asset to the Montague office and the community it serves.
Amy Noonan has been promoted to Consumer Loan Officer. Noonan began with SSB as a Loan Operations Specialist, and her extensive background in lending makes this a natural transition and well-deserved elevation. Her attention to detail, understanding of loan operations and strong focus on customer service will be a true asset to this area of SSB as she helps customers navigate their borrowing needs.
“We are excited to celebrate Clarissa and Amy as they step into new roles and to welcome Jessica to the Shelby State Bank family,” SSB President and CEO Mishelle Comstock said. “Their dedication to exceptional service, meaningful relationships and community engagement reflects the values that define our organization. We are grateful to have them on our team and look forward to their continued contributions.”
