Reeths-Puffer was routed by Byron Center Friday night, 55-14, to close out the Rockets' home schedule and O-K Green Conference play.
The visiting Bulldogs raced to a 41-0 lead before the Rocket offense managed to get on the board. R-P (3-5, 1-4 O-K Green) did miss out on one scoring chance in the first half, being stopped on fourth down inside the Bulldog five-yard line. Byron Center then went on a 97-yard touchdown drive to go up 28-0 and essentially seal the game.
Braylon Swain and Dre Sanders each had a rushing touchdown in the second half to salvage some points from the game.
