Hesperia played Ravenna tight in the first game of Wednesday's district semifinal at North Muskegon, but the Bulldogs controlled the rest of the match, ending Hesperia's season with a 25-22, 25-16, 25-9 win.
Emily McCallum led the way for Hesperia (12-24-2) with 22 assists, 14 digs and three aces, tops on the team in each category. Eliana Sanker also had three aces, and Sarissa Conkle chipped in 12 digs. Madesyn Bolles had a pair of blocks.
