Reeths-Puffer tennis rolls past Muskegon Catholic

Reeths-Puffer downed Muskegon Catholic Tuesday in a non-conference dual meet, 7-1, winning all four singles matches.
The Rockets won two matches by default as the Crusaders did not have a No. 4 singles or doubles flight. The three singles matches played all went to R-P, with Hope Latsch and Molly Matz rolling to straight-set wins at No. 2 and No. 3 singles respectively. Olivia Smith took an exciting No. 1 singles match over Sophia Muskovin by a third-set tiebreaker, 5-7, 7-5, 11-9.
R-P also won matches at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles. Jayla Brink/Kayleigh Brown and Brylee Gifford/Elisa Howard both won their matches in straight sets.
