Austin Matthew Smith

Austin Matthew Smith, born October 18, 2005, passed away on July 5, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of joy, loyalty and adventure.
Rarely seen without a smile on his face, Austin brought light into every room he entered. His contagious laugh was unforgettable, and his big heart knew no bounds. He had an enormous love and loyalty to his people, always placing his family and friends above all else.
Austin had a natural gift for fixing anything with an engine. Dedicated and skilled, he found his true calling as a mechanic. He took immense pride in his work, especially at his most recent job at Affordable Auto, as well as his previous employment at Duneland.
When he wasn't turning a wrench, he was living life to the fullest. A true daredevil at heart, Austin found absolute freedom riding dirt bikes and chasing the next great adventure.
Austin is survived by: his mom, Sara (England) Smith; dad, Matthew Smith; brothers, Camden and Landon Smith; grandma, Joyce Ramthun; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will forever carry his adventurous spirit and loving memory in their hearts.
Austin was preceded in death by his grandparents Carol Sue Smith, Larry Smith and Danny England.
