Hesperia's boys team placed seventh Saturday at the Muskegon
Catholic Crusader Classic, just six points behind Wyoming Lee for sixth
place.
Freshman Onyx Davila was the Panthers' top finisher for
the second straight race, placing 36th in a time of 20:44.3. Zed
Bierman took 55th in a time of 23:41.1. Other Panthers corers were Tony
Lopez-Garcia (68th, 26:09.6), Drea Slosman (75th, 30:31.1) and Zander
Lancaster (77th, 35:59.3).
Three Panther girls finished in the
race. Rokhaya Ruhstorfer led the trio with a 34th-place finish and a
time of 32:25.1, followed by Chloie Cryderman in 36th (34:19.7) and
Amelia Hutson in 42nd (39:29.8).
