Hesperia's boys team finished in 13th place Saturday at the Allendale Invitational, led again by junior Nate Ruhstorfer.
Ruhstorfer, who's paced the Panthers throughout the season, finished in 39th place in the small-school Falcon division race, posting a time of 18:24.4, just shy of a season best.
Andy Lopez-Garcia was the second Panther to finish, coming in 62nd place with a time of 19:21.2. Hunter Tinkham took 75th and set a personal best time (20:57.1), Tony Lopez-Garcia was 84th with his own personal best (21:53.0) and Paul Winchel (87th, 22:54.8) closed out the Panther scoring.
Two Hesperia runners finished in the girls' race; Rokhaya Ruhstorfer was 31st (24:14.5) and Danielle Merritt finished 67th, beating her personal best by three minutes (39:49.6).
