Hart was unable to get the bats going Thursday in a doubleheader against Ludington, dropping games 10-0 and 9-0.
The
Pirates (2-4) managed one hit in the five-inning opener, a single by
Halen Boos. Orioles pitcher Brody Kaminski struck out nine and didn't
walk a batter.
In game two, Caden VanGelderen got two hits and
Boos collected one off Karson Knowles, who struck out 10 Pirate
batters. Hollis Rockwell allowed four earned runs and struck out four.
