Hart piled up the runs Thursday against Ludington, scoring a doubleheader sweep of the Orioles, 16-3 and 18-9.

Smith pitched a five-inning no-hitter for the Pirates (4-4) in game
one, though four walks and four Hart fielding errors helped the Orioles
score three times. Smith struck out five batters.
The Pirates
took advantage of seven Oriole errors in the opener and scored eight
times in the first inning en route to the win. Smith opened the scoring
with a RBI single, and later added another RBI single in the fourth.
Smith and Makenna Carrier each drove in three runs.
Hart
continued to benefit from Oriole miscues in game two, as Ludington had
10 errors to go with 15 Hart hits. Maria Rodriguez had three hits, and
Carrier, Smith, Caydence Bateson and Elyssa Tanis each got two. Smith
drove in four runs and Carrier scored four times. Tanis and Bateson came
across the plate three times each.
Tanis got the win in game two, allowing only two hits and two earned runs. She struck out three and walked eight.
