Reeths-Puffer finished strong, kept its season going and saw a
record tied Wednesday in the pre-district round, defeating Cadillac 4-1
to advance to the district semifinals.
R-P will face Ludington next Wednesday night in the semis, with the game kicking off at Cedar Springs.
Jaslynn Kops had the headline goal, scoring her 23rd of the season to tie Sophia Hekkema for the program's season record.
Her
goal was one of two for the Rockets in the last 10 minutes of the game,
securing the win. Mallorie Messer scored twice for R-P, and Ashlyn
David also got on the board.
