Reeths-Puffer's teams both finished fifth Friday at the O-K Green
Conference finals at Byron Center, highlighted by a few event victories
and another school record by Mason Darke.
Darke lowered his own school mark in the 110-meter hurdles, winning the event with a time of 14 seconds flat.
Rocket
senior Marvin Moore scored an individual win in the 400-meter dash,
setting a new personal best time of 49.97 seconds. Moore also joined
London Rankin, Emcee McLaurin and Ethan Rolewicz to take the win in the
800-meter relay, with the team posting a time of 1:29.8.
Jersi
Bilek led the R-P girls with a win in the 800-meter run, setting a
personal best time of 2:19.6. Also for Rocket individuals, Zaire Wright
placed third in the shot put (30-6), and Makayla Disselkoen was third in
the high jump (4-11).
