Reeths-Puffer won seven matches Thursday at the O-K Green Conference tournament, hosted by Jenison.
Hope
Latsch led the Rockets with a runner-up finish at No. 2 singles. She
won two matches in straight sets before falling to Byron Center's
Mallory Johnson in the championship round.
Also going 2-1 for
the Rockets were No. 3 doubles pair Brylee Gifford/Elisa Howard, who
picked up one win by default and another when their opponents from Mona
Shores retired during the second set (Gifford/Howard won the first set).
Winning
one match each for R-P were Molly Matz and Kaitlyn Durow at No. 3 and
No. 4 singles respectively and Lauren Slater/Grace Cosens at No. 4
doubles.
